Newco Building, Fort William

In 2005, D Kelly Design had the privilege of partnering with Northern Engineering & Welding Company (NEWCO) to design their new office and workshop facility at Glen Nevis Business Park, Fort William. This project presented an exciting opportunity to merge functionality with aesthetics, creating a dynamic space to support NEWCO’s operations.

The building, spanning an impressive total floor area of 1062m², seamlessly integrated offices and workshop spaces. The two-story office building served as the focal point, blending modern design elements with practicality. Its striking exterior design incorporated NEWCO’s corporate colours, reflecting the company’s identity and vision.
