In 2008, D Kelly Design was honoured to collaborate with RE Campbell (Joinery) Ltd on a significant project: the design of 23 affordable houses. This endeavour marked the beginning of a phased development initiative aimed at providing quality housing in the area.

Comprising part of a larger development with a total of 56 house sites, our team worked diligently to bring this vision to fruition. With Planning Permission granted in June 2008, construction commenced in 2010, culminating in the completion of all 23 houses by early March 2012.

These homes, meticulously designed and constructed in accordance with the Highland Council’s new build house program, represent a commitment to quality, affordability, and community integration. Following their completion, all 23 houses were acquired by Lochaber Housing Association, providing much-needed housing solutions for local residents.

Today, these houses stand as symbols of our dedication to excellence and our unwavering commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our communities.
