Lochaber Lodges, Gairlochy

Our project entailed the construction of twelve lodges, complemented by an office/reception building. Securing Planning Permission for the development was seamless, and only a Building Warrant for the septic tank and soakaway was required.

The unique aspect of this project lay in the classification of the lodges as caravans, eliminating the need for a Building Warrant for the actual buildings. These prefabricated units arrived on-site in two halves, fully completed and ready for installation onto prepared concrete plinths.

Upon installation, timber skirting was meticulously placed around the perimeter of each building to conceal the wheels, seamlessly integrating them into the landscape.

Since their completion in 2010, these lodges have served as holiday accommodations, offering guests a tranquil retreat amidst the stunning surroundings of our locale.
